Organize the project
Keep drawings, specifications, contacts, and report setup together in one project.
ReviewStamp
Built for licensed engineers and design professionals conducting periodic site review.
Professional site review
ReviewStamp supports licensed engineers and other design professionals across architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, and site disciplines in documenting periodic general reviews, deficiencies, and written field reports. It is designed to support the practitioner's Ontario Building Code and professional obligations; it does not replace the required scope of review or professional judgment.
Drawing to report
ReviewStamp keeps the source drawing, observation, evidence, and report output connected so the record stays understandable as work progresses.

Keep drawings, specifications, contacts, and report setup together in one project.
Place clear, numbered observations directly where the work is being reviewed.
Keep photos, explanations, status, and drawing context together with each item.
Generate organized field review and deficiency reports from the same project record.
Purpose-built record keeping
Current beta screens connect project setup, field evidence, report preparation, and optional AI-assisted wording. Demonstration projects contain sample information only.

Key capabilities
From drawing-linked photo logs to combined discipline reports, ReviewStamp keeps observations and evidence connected. You control the wording, status, sharing, and final professional review. These capabilities describe the current beta; public availability is announced separately.
Choose the disciplines in Project Setup, start at an existing review number, and create individual or combined reports. Draft-item numbering closes deletion gaps without renumbering issued history.
Import PDF drawings or PDF ZIP files, verify proposed numbers and titles, then browse condensed lists or drawing tiles. Preserve upload order or group and sort by discipline and drawing category.
Place and move numbered pins directly on the drawing. Link one observation to multiple drawings while keeping its wording and photos together as a single report item.
Bring forward unresolved attention items, deficiencies, and site instructions from the preceding review. Update their status while retaining the original item identity and issued record.
Pin groups of site photos without creating a numbered report observation. Show or hide photo-log pins, revisit the evidence, and promote selected photos into an item when a report is needed.
Capture photos or select several files together, reuse project photos, edit captions, and arrange their order within an item. JPEG, PNG, BMP, and supported HEIC photos become report-ready evidence.
Expand the wording and photo workspace, inspect full-resolution photos with zoom, and keep the drawing context close at hand. Adjust report photo framing and drawing excerpts in Preview.
Link registered shop drawings, specifications, and supporting PDFs to an item. Review the source and highlight relevant passages; selected evidence can form a separate, optional Windows report appendix.
Generate individual or combined discipline reports on Windows with photos, captions, drawing excerpts, status legends, and firm presentation. Keep site-review dates separate from the issue date; finalize in Word and export PDF there.
Maintain the Windows firm and contact database, import supported contact exports, and reuse records in project setup and distribution lists. Include the project contacts in field transfers.
On Windows, choose project-specific report and package destinations within your company folder structure. Local autosave protects ongoing edits; export packages transfer work between devices. Confirmed cleanup can remove local projects while retaining generated reports.
Prepare an items-only Word draft for one item or selected reports, including discipline, photo references, and an AI response template. Use your chosen external AI service, then review matched wording and caption suggestions before applying only the changes you approve.
Local-first by design
ReviewStamp runs on the user's device and does not place drawings, reports, specifications, or project photos into a ReviewStamp cloud account.
Project packages are deliberate transfers, not automatic cross-device synchronization. Your own approved storage service can carry them between devices. The AI Integration Tool has no embedded AI or automatic upload: you decide what to share with an external service and remain responsible for checking its suggestions.
