Use of ReviewStamp
ReviewStamp is a construction review and reporting tool developed by Rooster Consulting. It may be used only in accordance with the licence, purchase terms, and applicable laws associated with the version provided to the user.
Professional responsibility
ReviewStamp assists with organizing observations and producing reports. It does not replace professional judgment, contractual review, code analysis, engineering or architectural services, site safety procedures, or the user's obligation to verify information before issuing a report.
Users must review report numbering, wording, status, photographs, drawing excerpts, carry-forward items, recipients, and all other output before distribution.
Project data and backups
Project data is stored locally or in locations selected by the user. Users are responsible for access control, backups, retention, transfer, confidentiality, and authorization to use or share project information.
Intellectual property
The ReviewStamp application, website, design, documentation, and original software content are owned by Rooster Consulting or its licensors. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or circumvent access controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
ReviewStamp may rely on operating systems, app stores, office software, file-storage services, or device capabilities supplied by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of ReviewStamp.
Availability and warranty
Beta and test versions may contain defects and should not be treated as the sole record of a project. To the extent permitted by law, ReviewStamp is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular project.
